Best Seafood in McAllen

We’ve been in McAllen for a few days, and La Costa Grill has officially become our dinner tradition. The food? Incredible. The octopus? Tender like it had a spa day. The drinks? Our server Sarahi was wonderful and had some wonderful suggestions. The vegetable and shrimp soups were fantastic. We started off with the octopus and the grilled flavor was loved by the whole table. The bacon wrapped shrimp taco was solid. The lobster tacos were ordered by most of us and they did not disappoint. Great Meal, very enjoyable.

This place was nice all the way around. Interior is nicely decorated and they have the biggest and widest tv I have ever seen. As soon as you sit down they bring you complementary bean soup, whole tortillas chips, a variety of salsas, and refried beans. We got the coconut shrimp for an appetizer. For the main course we got shrimp tacos on corn tortillas. Everything was choice. Highly recommend.

WOW, the food here was great! The atmosphere was divine. The ceviche is fantastic! The shrimp cocktails were amazing. The style and presentation was very upscale but the price was fairly standard and expected. The staff were awesome, and very cordial. We will definitely coming back soon!
